Senior Cost Consultant Leisure Team
Our client, a leading international construction and property consultancy offering expertise in cost consultancy, project management, management consultancy and a comprehensive range of specialist services currently requires a senior cost consultant within its leisure and hotels team to be based in London.
The team works on a very broad range of complex and interesting schemes currently ranging from new-build, market leading, out-of-town retail schemes, to multi billion pound infrastructure and mixed used schemes in the Middle East and Asia.
Their leisure and hotels team works on a diverse range of projects, including 5* destination hotels, boutique apartments, theme parks, casinos, leisure centres, spas and health clubs. Your role will focus more on hotel led opportunities with end project values of circa £40m.
As the senior cost consultant on the project, you report directly into the project director supporting him in the full range of projects and be responsible for the running of the team alongside the project director.
You will possess a solid technical background with a particular emphasis on procurement and preferably be working within a consultancy.
