The SalesAcademy is a support, training and coaching programme designed to help you grow your skills and progress your performance in the early stages of your Field Sales career.

No previous Field Sales experience is needed– but what we do demand is an unstinting commitment to hitting and exceeding your targets. We’ll provide you with all the support you need– then it’s all about your input. Think of the potential!

We welcome applicants who can demonstrate success within Telesales, Retail Sales, Marketing or similar background, and have a strong desire to progress to the next level.
Initial six-month fixed-term contract followed by a review, with the aim of leading to a permanent contract.

All new employees will attend a professional two week residential induction training course. Full UK driving licenceis essential.
