Based at the Cobalt Business Park in North Tyneside we are currently recruiting for Part Time Telephone Sales Advisors. The call centre is operational 7 days a week. Working for a leading financial services institution, you will take incoming calls from customers who are calling to validate credit cards. Together with providing high quality customer service you will also upsell additional products and services such as Protection Insurance and transferring balances from existing credit cards. You will be a confident and effective communicator, self motivated and target driven. Applicants should have some previous customer service and sales experience. The role will require you to use a PC on a daily basis and although specific training is provided, you should be comfortable using a PC within the workplace. These roles are temporary ongoing with the potential to be made permanent.
