• Their social care division provides qualified and unqualified, temporary and permanent, fully vetted, fully briefed social workers to Local Authorities, hospitals, NHS Trusts and charitable organisations throughout the UK.

Position

• Working within a busy sales environment, you will be responsible for taking over a busy desk (currently run by the manager) in the company’s most profitable sector – Social Field Workers.
• You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process in terms of generating and interviewing applicants, visiting clients, and providing exemplary customer service.
• You will be working with a combination of inherited, warm business contracts as well as being responsible for new business development.

Requirement

• They are looking for an individual with experience ideally within the Social Care or Public Sector recruitment market.
• A strong background in running a busy, fast moving temporary desk, coupled with excellent communication and time management skills are ideal requirements for the role.
• You will be enthusiastic and focussed, determined to succeed, and have superb account management skills
