| Description: |
A leading environmental consultancy which covers a variety of disciplines from its Croydon office, including contaminated land and waste management, are looking for exceptional graduates which fit a specific criteria. You must have a first degree in geography or an environmental engineering discipline, and this should be followed by an MSc in an environmental specialisation (e.g. Environmental Technology, Contaminated Land, Environmental Consultancy, Environmental Engineering). You will be eligible for their superb graduate training programme and career progression within the company will be actively encouraged.
Qualifications – First degree in a technical discipline such as geography or engineering and an MSc in an environmental specialisation (e.g. Environmental Technology)
Experience - MSc graduate level position
Company - Multidisciplinary Environmental and Engineering Consultancy
Staff - Over 25 UK offices
Duties:
Assisting on a range of projects including;
• Contaminated land (Phase I desk studies and Phase II onsite investigations)
• Waste management and development planning
• Environmental Impact Assessments
• Client liaison
• Liaison with the Environment Agency and local authorities/regulatory bodies
• Report writing, developing interpretative skills
Typical Projects:
Working with the water and environment division which covers a breadth of technical areas and clients range from the railway industry through to commercial property developments. You will have an opportunity to specialise in a number of disciplines.
