Key responsibilities of an Industrial /Driving Recruitment Consultant:
Obtain maximum business levels by sellingindustrial /driving recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face.
Offer a quality service to clients byselecting industrial / driving applicants through good job matching and tightcontrol.
Monitor contractors’ performances daily andweekly to ensure that the client and contractors are consistently satisfied.
Recruit and sustain a workforce byinterview and selection of quality applicants.
Advertise for a workforce in such a mannerthat will generate the largest/ best quality response whilst complying withlegal requirements.
Generate a good rapport with all userclients.
Achieve targets and adhere to agreed work/action plans.
