Senior Recruitment Consultant / Account manager
£28-32,000 basic with generous bonus and incentives
The Oakland Partnership is a successful, highly respected and expanding Consultancy specialising in the recruitment of experienced Financial Services and Office Support staff at salaries ranging from £20,000-100,000.
Based in Central London, close to St. Paul’s and Blackfriars, we work with a wide range of clients covering a variety of roles. As a result of continually increasing demand for our services we now have an opening for a bright, articulate and career minded individual to join our friendly team.
This role would only suit an experienced recruitment consultant with at least 2 years Commercial recruitment experience as you will be proactively managing a number of long standing client relationships within the business as well as being keen to further develop your own area.You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, such as account management, sourcing and interviewing candidates, drafting advertisements, through to placing candidates. It is quite possible that this role could suit a high calibre, sales minded recruiter whose strength is in account management rather than outright business development.
