Our client is a young but rapidly expanding residential block property management company with a couple of offices in the South East. They manage a portfolio of some 70 plus residential developments where they are responsible for the management of the common parts of residential apartments. They have a range of properties under management which vary from large new developments and luxury blocks to smaller conversions and traditional build properties.
Due to excellent year on year growth they are now looking to appoint another Property Manager to their team. Some of the responsibilities include:-
* Be able to read and understand leases from many perspectives and forsee likely issues arising from individual leases. Ensure any direct reports understand a lease, coaching and mentoring where necessary.
* Day to day management of property portfolio proactively develop service levels across the portfolio to exceed client expectations, advising client of management set-up.
* Ensure that team members demonstrate and apply an understanding of all the agreements in place including legislation and codes of practice
* Site inspections, regularly visiting the properties in your portfolio and to carry out a thorough site inspection on each visit.
* Contractor management, ensuring contractors carry out works correctly and the work is of the desired standard
We are interested in hearing from an experienced Property Manager with circa 2 years experience in residential block management, ideally you will be IRPM qualified. We are interested in hearing from a well presented and ambitious property manager with excellent communication and customer service skills.
