Leading car hire company are seeking to fill a role for a customersales representative at Edinburgh Airport. This role is for individualswho thrive in a very busy environment.
Key responsibilities include
· Effectively servicing customer needs providing the highest levels of quality to all customers
· Emphasis on selling & revenue maximisation on core products.
· Effectively operating TAS system
·Complete all rentals, re –rents, reservations, quotations, delivery& collection in accordance with procedures & policies.
· Flexible attitude & ability to service all areas of the branch as needed
Person Specification
· Excellent organisational, planning & time management skills
· Good customer service, sales & communication skills
written & oral
· Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus
· An enthusiastic, flexible & positive attitude towards selling
· Excellent telephone manner is essential
· Full/clean driving licence
Theopportunity to earn commission is also available on top of the basicsalary. Shift hours are included being as it is an airport environment.
