Responsibilites - New Branch ‘Start Up’ in Newcastle - Initially to be based at their Teeside office before transferring 3-6 months
- Responsible for the day-day sales/operation of the Branch
- Recruit and building a proactive team (4-6)
- To maximise contractors and perm revenue, Gross and Net Profit.
Requirement - Have a track record within Technical or Engineering recruitment
- Successful working history of recruiting talented individuals
- A career minded individual who has Man Management experience
- Dedicated to lead by example with a ‘Hands On’ approach
