A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic training consultancy based at Gatwick Airport.Techniques for Change has an impressive blue chip client list and to support our continued growth we are seeking to make this appointment.
The successful candidate will be a confident person, with a good telephone manner and good communication skills.Key to the role will be an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and a basic knowledge of Excel.
This is a varied role with duties including:
·Typing and formatting, sometimes complex, proposal/tender documents, course workbooks and other general correspondence
·Creating PowerPoint documents for presentations and tenders
·Qualification administration support
·Booking flights, hotels etc. for a team of trainers
·Supporting the team with any ad-hoc administrative requirements

39 hour working week Monday to Friday.
