A Teesside based company is looking for a Management and Graduate Development Advisor to join their team to cover maternity leave for 9 months. You will be involved in annual appraisals, succession planning, and management development meetings. You will focus on management development, as well as graduate recruitment and training, and the recruitment of placement students. The role is to be based in Teesside, but there will be some travel involved. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or part-qualified and have experience of recruitment, ideally of graduates. Previous experience in a management development or similar role is a necessity.
