Senior Finance Manager, Revenue Assurance
£75,000 - £80,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
Required Qualifications: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Openreach are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to work within the Financial Controls and Assurance team. Managing the Revenue Assurance team and development and implementation of the controls matrix for the key revenue and cost streams.

Your responsibilities include:
·Assisting in the development and implementation of the control matrix and cost streams
·Working across the business to facilitate process improvement, and an understanding of systems
·Driving change management within the business to achieve ownership of controls
·Identifying the use of monitoring tools, revenue leakage cross-functional business solutions
·Other ad-hoc project work as required
General Principles for the senior Openreach Finance Team include:
·Aligning opportunities for development with the needs of the business and participate in delivering the full benefits of the Openreach Way of Building Talent
·Pursuing the development of coaching skills within the function and the business as well as leading on initiatives to implement the appropriate processes to achieve this
·Constructing project plans across boundaries and cultures and monitoring the implementation progress of those projects to ensure successful implementation
·Having the experience and knowledge to recommend actions to minimize organizational change when implementing alternative financial strategies
·Dealing with key players in conflict situations to resolve the conflict through positive discussion and meaningful outcomes in line with business strategy
An articulate, bright, ambitious candidate is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed with an ability to learn quickly, and the ideal candidate will have outstanding credentials in Business Partnering, particularly with senior people and colleagues at board level.Prior exposure to the Telecommunications environment is essential, whilst Revenue Assurance and Internal Controls within a high volume billing environment is essential to succeed in this outstanding role.
