Opportunities have arisen to join an active HIGH TECH GLASSHOUSE Agri Business growing various vegetables in various locations in Australia.
We are looking for experienced growers in the field of tomatoes, green peppers, lettuces and cucumbers to join our exciting team.
As a senior grower in existing and future glasshouses, you are expected to have the following qualifications and experience.
-Formal tertiary qualification in AgricultureScience /Horticulture or equivalent
-At least 10 years experience in senior glasshouse management.
-Good communication and people management skills.
-Previous focus on yield, quality and management of world class glasshouses.
-Demonstrated crop management, with a clear understanding of the financials associated with it.
-Thorough understanding, knowledge and passion for the fruit or vegetable being grown.
-Team player, innovative and flexible in approach.
