PositionYou will be responsible for generating permanent and contract sales revenue against your own sales target, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing vacancies, resourcing of candidates, publication of relevant advertising, arranging client interviews and negotiating offers and closing the deal.
Requirements·Previous recruitment experience (preferably within a technical discipline but most sectors considered as full training is provided)
·Well presented, great telephone manner and communication skills
·Comfortable in client facing environment with a passion for sales and success
