It’s not important how you gained your skills, knowledge and experience:-
- you may have a degree in a relevant subject along with some work experience
- or you may have gained all your skills and knowledge working your way up
- or be a experienced hotel or restaurant manager
- or be a sales or business development professional looking for a new challenge
What is important is that you:

- have excellent knowledge of our industries
- have previous business development or account development experience
- have a proven track record in achieving your goals and targets
- are driven by a desire to see sales through to the end and take hands on approach to making that happen.

The Role
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include
1 : Development of New Business.
- Proactively create, identify and develop new business opportunities
- Identify new sales leads for both hotels & restaurants services.
- Be the inspiration behind the creation of speciality events.
2 : Maximise profitability of existing business and support the delivery of products and services.
- Increase occupancy rates of hotel rooms, conference rooms and holiday let cottages.
- Responsibility for raising the profile of the business locally and nationally and implementing Marketing Strategy.
- Lead and support our front of house team in the creation of specialist events.
3 : Create a strong team both internally and externally.
- Build effective and productive relationship with Marketing Agency and other external partners.
- To create a network of local/regional business partners ensuring that event, restaurant and venue profits are maximised.
- Inspiring and motivating our staff to deliver outstanding customer services that exceed customer expectations and result in increased sales and profitability.
The package
Just as it is not important how you gained your skills, knowledge and experience your working pattern is not important either for the right person we can offer flexibility in setting an agreed working pattern.
But it is important to note thatdue to the nature of the role out of hours work will be a requirement for example presence at events and effective networking.
