An excellent opportunity to join large consultancy with an office in Ashford, Kent. You will be working on a variety of technical environmental engineering projects, ensuring you develop a broad skill set as you will be required to cover both geoenvironmental and geotechnical aspects! To be considered you will need to be able to work out of the Ashford office and have at least a years exeprience in the environmental engineering sector. Qualifications – BSc Geology / Environmental Engineering / similar discipline
Experience - 1 year minimum consultancy/contractor experience
Salary - 21-24k (depending on qualifications and experience)
Company - Leading Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy
Staff - 250 (UK)
Duties:
• Supervision of contractors
• Project management
• Cone penetration testing
• Borehole drilling and window sampling
• Detail report writing
• Client liaison
• Remediation design
• Phase 2 onsite intrusive investigations
Typical Projects:
Geotechnical and geo-environmental projects across the Kent/Susses region. You will project manage small-medium sized projects and report directly to the divisional head.
