An excellent, innovative consultancy is seeking a geoenvironmental engineer with at least 2 years consultancy experience to join its team in Kent. You will have to have a sound knowledge of contaminated land and remediation investigations, and any knowledge of geotechnical design would be advantageous!
Qualifications – MSc or BSc Environmental Engineering / Geology / Geoscience
Experience - 2 years upwards (commercial experience)
Salary - £22-25k
Company - Environmental Engineering Consultancy
Staff - 150
Duties:
• Groundwater, gas and PID monitoring
• Bioremediation works
• Logging to BS9530 standards
• Phase 1 desk study reports
• Phase 2 site investigations and reports
• Phase 3 validation reports
• Geotechnical design
• Borehole drilling and trial pitting
Typical Projects:
Working on a variety of phased contaminated land and remediation projects, including geotechnical design work.
