Customer Campaign Team
A vacancy has arisen with our Customer Services Department to join one of our Customer Campaign Teams.The role involves calling existing customers with specific customer offers in order to increase product sales and customer loyalty.The role is campaign focused and will require high volume calls and productivity
The successful candidate will work from our offices in Alderley Edge reporting to the Customer Services Team Manager.
Hours: 37½ hours per week over 5 days flexible between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm to be agreed with Line Manager.
Holiday Allowance: 4 weeks paid holiday p.a.
Remuneration:A basic salary of £13,000 - £16,000 p.a. dependent upon experience plus commission package reviewed in May of each year.

Duties to include but not restricted to:
·Calling existing customers to promote and sell specific offers/ products, and to fact find about their future telecoms needs.
·Completing customer records accurately.
·Managing own pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure monthly sales targets hit.
