My client is looking for a wastewater engineer with a civil engineering academic background. You will ideally have a working knowledge of AMP4 and have previously worked for a consultancy or contracting firm. You will be located close to the city of Swansea, near to some of the most magnificent scenery in the UK. Qualifications – BEng (ideally MEng) Civil Engineering
Experience - 1 – 2 years (or exceptional graduate)
Company - International Multidisciplinary Consultancy
Staff - over 20 UK offices
Duties:
• DCWWs
• AMP4 Water Quality
• AMP4 Investment Programme
• Feasibility, outline and design of sewerage infrastructure improvements
• Working on pumping stations, combines sewer overflows and stormwater storage tanks/networks
• Client and local authority liaison
• Desk studies and report writing
• Site visits
Typical Projects:
Working on wastewater treatment works across the Swansea region, working closely with contractors and clients from the public and private sector. You will be expected to be able to work independently and manage your work load efficiently.
