The Role

As an Account Manager you will have the communication skills required to develop strong and long-lasting relationships with potential clients. On a day to day basis you will answer sales calls, establish consultant requirements, proactively develop potential business leads and manage multiple new consultants towards setup. You will mainly be based at our offices in West London however on occasion you will be required to attend off-site meetings at locations all over London.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must be a proactive & persistent individual capable of working on their own initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required and strong MS Word & Excel skills are a must. A background in recruitment or UK immigration is preferred although not essential.

The successful candidate will receive full on the job training and will work closely with the Sales Manager for the first 3 months in order to develop a strong commercial awareness. A smart and presentable appearance is a must.
