Based in the heart of the City, there is a unique opportunity for a talented graduate to join a brand new Finance and Banking Recruitment Company.Having been established for only 2 years, they have quickly grown to 12 recruitment consultants strong and are already working with some of the UK’s most successful Hedge Funds, Private Banks, Asset Management firms and Prime Brokerage Houses.
ROLE
As a graduate you will be working in a close nit team where you will be given internal and external training from some of the Industries leading Finance and Banking Search Recruitment Consultants.As a trainee, you will initially be tasked with mapping out markets and targeting and approaching talented professionals working in the Finance and Banking sector.As you develop your skills as a consultant, you will be involved in client meetings, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating fees and managing the whole recruitment process.
CANDIDATE
To be successful within this recruitment consultant's role you will be an exceptional graduate with a flair for sales.You will be intelligent, ambitious, financially motivated with the competitive instinct that will lead you to thrive in a competitive business to business sales environment.You will have strong communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.Ideally, you will also have some knowledge and passion for the finance and banking markets combined with the enthusiasm to forge a successful career in recruitment.
