You’re a proven retail manager or team leader who knows how to hit - and exceed – commercial targets. And now you’re looking to build on those skills within a dynamic, performance-led environment. You don’t need financial services experience to join us, although it would obviously be useful. What’s important here is that you have a proven background in retail management and that you can handle multiple priorities. And whether you want to come in as a Branch Manager or an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll need to be an outstanding team leader with genuine credibility and a natural flair for sales and service. Do well, and you can expect an exceptional rewards package, including a competitive salary and monthly bonus.
