The International Construction & Property recruitment division based in Central London has delivered successful assignments for almost thirty years to major global brand names associated with the property, real estate and facilities management services sectors. Our current sales activities in these businesses have seen an unprecedented demand for qualified and experienced specialists who have been trained in the United Kingdom and now wishing to relocate to overseas locations in their respective disciplines/areas of expertise. With the demand for these services growing, we now need to expand our Central London recruitment team further to deliver these assignments for our clients.

Typically, recruiting for staff to be ultimately based in The Caribbean, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, CIS/Russia and Africa will of course lead to overseas business development/business consolidation trips either to meet with our clients in their own domain as well candidates whom we have placed there.

Skills:

• Ability to stay focused and committed to tasks, i.e. seeing them through
• High level of drive to deliver best practice whether for the client looking for staff or candidate looking for that perfect job
• Team player
• Possible industry background within the property, real estate, facilities management, technical engineering sector
• Current or recent recruitment experience whether recruitment consultancy or HR environment
• Some formal qualification could be advantageous.
