A data management consultancy / eCRO are seeking an experienced clinical data manager to join their established data management team in the Sussex office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinical data manager looking for career progression, within a company committed to developing their employees.
As the clinical data manager your role will be to oversee and coordinate the general management of data management projects, in accordance with client deadlines and budgets. You will provide support and assistance to the data management team, and as one of the main data management contacts, you will be expected to be able to communicate on a variety of different levels. You will continuously monitor data management projects ensuring that all are adhering to SOPs you will also observing trends and find any opportunities for improvement. Your technical responsibilities will include Developing the Data Management Plan; you will organize and document database user acceptance testing, and perform both data coding and data review tasks. In addition to this as the Principle Clinical Data Manager you will be responsible for performing your team`s staff appraisals and devising performance goals.
Successful candidates should have a BSc in a life science or a related qualification. Ideally three years + experience working as a principle clinical data manager in a clinical research organisation or pharmaceutical company with knowledge of Oracle clinical or ClinTrial is needed. Good communication skill and interpersonal skills are also required.
