Sales and Marketing Executive - London
£40,000 OTE
Our Client is a highly progressive property law firm looking for a forward thinking and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience within a reputable estate agency and will be able to demonstrate a quantifiable track record in a target orientated sales role.
They would be looking for a candidate who has a positive attitude to work, be quick-thinking, direct, fun, passionate & competitive.
The ability to quickly absorb the conveyancing process, exercise sound judgement and work in a highly organised and structured fashion will also be essential.
The role will involve the conversion of the firms existing referral stream, nurturing and maximising return from existing accounts and the generation of new referral sources within the estate agency and financial services sectors.
It is expected that the candidate will have the ability and drive to develop the sales function of the firm alongside its on-going growth.
Salary:
Basic - £20,000 Dependant on candidate
OTE - £40,000
Hours:
Monday to Friday
9.00 - 5.30
