Our client is a firm of head hunters based in Cobham, Surrey and their prestigious offices certainly say a lot about the type of company they are.
The client, are currently only looking for the elite to join them so think very carefully before applying.
The role will involve developing your own new clients and clearly identify what they will hire for a specific job opening; work with existing clients and associates in a fast paced team atmosphere to help fill multiple, immediate openings they have across the country; listen and learn quickly to what is needed and what matters most to clients, candidates and associates. You also present career growth to high performing individuals ( salaries ranging from 70K - 250K ) and provide counsel, leadership and credible advice for critical decision making for both parties.
If you are self motivated, can communicate on a business level with Senior Executives, have excellent influencing skills, can close business deals and are looking for a career, not just a new job then please read on.
Last year our clients top consultants earned between £70,000 - £100,000. This is not an unrealistic target it just takes hard work, you have to have the desire to achieve great things, we cant teach you that but we can teach you everything else.
Our client would like to see candidates who have the following attributes -
At least 3 years in a Business development role, preferably on a b2b level.
Educated to at least A level Standard.
Has shown commitment to previous employers, and hasn't't "job Hopped?
Has credibility and shows commercial awareness.
