Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking
20-25k Base, 40-60k OTE + Excellent Bens
Our client is a leading independent search firm that specialises in recruiting senior international opportunities within the investment banking, finance and accounting sectors. Due to continued growth within their business and the industry in general they have an exciting opening for a polished grad calibre professional looking for either their first or second step within the recruitment arena.
Based from their London office you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of Europe's leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of existing and previous clients. Alongside client management you will oversee and follow through on all candidate management procedures.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate with a minimum of 12 months business to business sales experience. It would be advantageous to have previously worked within the financial markets or recruitment sectors but not a necessity as training in those aspects of the role will be available. However, it is important that you posses first class communication and presentation skills, a polished approach and the ability to liaise with high net worth individuals.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary between 20-25k depending upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 40-60k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and prospects.
