Job Description
This hotel is currently looking to appoint a Restaurant Manager who has a background of working in modern contemporary brasserie style restaurants. They will consider applicants from a branded restaurant background providing you wish to progress you career within hotels, or a current hotel restaurant manager. You will be used to dealing with all HR issues relating to your department, taking financial responsibility for the Restaurant, training and mentoring your team, monitoring customer feedback, increasing revenue, and implementing brand standards. You will report directly to an Direcrtor and will be managing a 60 seat restaurant.

Required Experience
* You will have had previous experience in either a contemporary branded restaurant or hotel restaurant
* You should have had previous financial management experience
* You must have drive, passion and enthusiasm for the role

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £22,000- £25,000.
