Front of House Manager with exceptional Front Office Management experience,
You must have worked within a 4/5 Star Hotel for at least two years and have a previous, high quality and stable background. You must be a Front of House Manager with Food and Beverage knowledge, be efficient in the running of the Front Desk and Concierge and have Duty Management responsibility. Responsibilities - Leading the team professionally and efficiently
- Managing and leading the Front Desk and Concierge
- Running Duty Manager Shifts
- With this being a brand new hotel you will be responsible for ensuring that the Front of House and Front Office run to 5 Star standard
- To have a knowledge of the hotel’s Health & Safety policy and instruct staff on it
- Adhering to exceptional standards of quality at all times and instruct staff to do so
