You will be dealing with inbound calls regarding technical queries.

The role is very demanding and my client is looking for someone who has the ability to pick up technical information quickly, is an excellent problem solver and who can own the complaint through out the process.

You will be fluent in Sweedish and English. Knowledge of another European lanaguage such as Spanish, French or German to degree level would be a considerable advantage.

You will need to be computer literate as this role invloves some report analysis.
