Property Manager

We are now looking for a Property Manager with at least 12 months block Management experience; you will be managing around 750 units around the Essex area.

Our client manages an expansive portfolio of residential developments around the UK. Further growth in the business and additional properties in the pipeline has resulted in a requirement to take on one more individual for the team.

You will be working within a growing team and be responsible for the running and management of a portfolio of developments consisting of large and small blocks with a number of New Build developments as well as more traditional builds. Responsibilities will include attending site, issuing service charge budgets, arranging for works to be carried out and ensuring these works are carried out to the highest standards, liaising with Directors and insurance companies. You will be supported by an assistant as well as a team of accounts staff.
