Quantity Surveyor, Bridgend
£36- £40k plus benefits
We represent a leading group of property developers who are about to open a new office in Bridgend to help service and expand their existing client base in the region. The company have a great name and as such will be looking to add people who can increase the strength of thier operation.
The role will involve working on tenders and mixture of pre and post contract work. Applicants must have a number of year’s post qualified working on civil and residential projects and although not essential will hold RICS status.
