We represent one of Cardiffs leading chartered surveying and chartered project management companies, whose project portfolio includes major multi-million pound schemes such as hospitals, schools, residential apartments, leisure centres, and office blocks. They have a number of large national framework agreements with key clients and due to continued success are looking to expand thier quantity surveying team.
In this varied role you will be office based, dealing with the full spectrum of pre and post quantity surveying duties including preperation of tenders, cost planning and contracts. All applicants should have at least two years post qualified experience within a professional environment and preferably hold RICS status.
