Our client is a worldwide leader in the parcels sector,they currently looking for a Depot General Manager for one of their Branch's in Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Area Operations Manager You will be responsible for managing the operational facilities and personel with in the Depot in the provision of pick-up,delivery and shipment processing services.and commercial activites in the depot.You will ensure the execution of these services to defined service,cost and quality standards and achieve targeted improvement in operations performance measures.You will support the sales acquisition and customer maintenance processes for defined customers managed by the Relationship and Direct Business Units to achieve profitable revenue growth for the business and improved customer satisfaction.The sucessfull candidate will be an experianced Business Professional.The candidate will have excellent man-management skillsand be process driven,along with commercial flair and the ability to deliver the bottom line. We are looking for people with the following - Good Commercial & Business Skills
