This is an excellent opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits specialist to join this well renowned, global organisation on a 6 month contract based in Dublin. There is a good possibility that the role would go permanent after this initial period. Reporting to the Reward Director, you will be responsible for supporting major forthcoming Job Evaluation and Benchmarking projects, as well as helping with and contributing to the development of overall Reward strategy across EMEA. The role will be involved in analysing compensation surveys, internal equity analysis, data integrity, HRIS work, and employee benefits. Educated to degree level, ideally within a relevant discipline, you will have experience working in a multi-national corporation and a high interest in dealing with numbers as well as excellent attention to detail and a strong customer focus. You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including specifically Excel and strong project management skills.
