My client is a large household corporate name with a good reputation and they are looking for a Communications Executive to primarily focus on internal communications across the UK and Ireland.
The main objective of the role is to develop, plan and implement the internal comms strategy, to enhance existing communications, generate new initiatives, communicate the strategic objectives of the business and support cultural changes to improve employee motivation and engagement. You will look at developing additional channels of comms, focus on the employee magazines, preparation and presentation of materials i.e. corporate film production, intranet content and conference speech message.
You need to have worked in a similar role previously, ideally within the B2B service industry, however not essential. If you have a background in dealing with the above and want a new challenge please apply ASAP.
