The Role:

• Working with fresh foods, within a team of chefs, in a driven, fast-paced kitchen – high volume top quality food!!
• Deputising in the absence of the Head and Senior Sous Chefs, assisting with the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen and running of service, ordering and stock control
• Training and supervising junior staff members – must lead by example

The Person

• Must be an ambitious, motivated and a good all rounder who can work under pressure
• Confident kitchen manager with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Love to work with people and able to train junior staff members
• Positive attitude and good work ethic is essential
• You will ideally come from a branded, quality background looking for career development through hard work
