PACS Field Engineer - Basics to £40K
Fantastic Global company based in Milton Keynes are looking to expand their UK support teams
To support the continued growth in United Kingdom, our client is currently recruiting talented individuals with the right attitude to join a team of support and service engineers. You will be required to configure, implement and support PACS/RIS applications on customer sites
This position has two major roles:
To provide on-site support for installations, upgrades and break-fix activities. To provide Second line helpdesk support to both other engineers and end users. The support is typically provided over the telephone and/or remote access to the site.
You will also provide 3rd party training when required
Liaise with NHS clients when required
Deliver training workshops
You will have a degree
You have knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX operating systems.
You will also have a good current knowledge of PACS/RIS
You demonstrate a passion and commitment toward exceeding customer’s expectations.
