SNR PROJECT MANAGER
C£40-45k base plus car or allowance and quality package
These new positions have been created to build upon existing and new account wins within the retail and banking sectors. This is a rare opportunity to join this growing organisation as they expand and increase their market share within this buoyant market.
The successful candidate’s will have or be able to demonstrate the following:
1.You will be professionally qualified and have a track record in office refurbishments and or shop fitting.
2.You will be required to control each project from initial client brief through to project handover including the control of multiple sub contractors.
3.The ability to project plan and programme will be included in your skill set.
4.You will have a desire to deliver the very highest standards on your projects and be willing to "do what it takes"
5.Tour background will be in Project Management within a contracting environment.
6.Ideally, but not essentially, a real understanding of the retail and or shop fitting sector.
7.Experience of delivering complex multi-site solutions and projects.
8.Outstanding communication skills both internally and externally.
9.Excellent relationship building ability at all levels.
