PROJECT MANAGER’S (Based Paisley or Kirkcaldy)
C£30k- £45k base plus car or allowance and quality package
These new positions have been created to build upon existing and new account wins within the education sector. This is a rare opportunity to join this growing organisation as they expand and increase their market share within this buoyant market.
These roles are office based in Paisley or Glasgow and will include visits to your projects throughout Scotland or the UK as required.
The successful candidate’s will have or be able to demonstrate the following:
1.You will be professionally qualified and have a track record in Project Management within Construction or a related industry.
2.You will be required to control each project from initial client brief through to project handover including the control of multiple sub contractors.
3.The ability to project plan and programme will be included in your skill set.
4.You will have a desire to deliver the very highest standards on your projects and be willing to "do what it takes"
5.Your background will be in Project Management within a construction or related environment.
6.Ideally, but not essentially, an understanding of the construction PFI sector. (Training will be given)
7.Outstanding communication skills both internally and externally.
9.Excellent relationship building ability at all levels.
