Our client, a leading International property adviser, currently requires an executive level cost manager to work in Cambridge.
Their offering in East Anglia is relatively new although projects in the portfolio cover the commercial, education, residential and heritage sectors and project values range to £50 million.
As well as working on some leading projects in the area you will be involved in the strategic growth of the organization within East Anglia and the development and management of a strong project team within the group.
You will ideally be chartered, either MRICS OR MCIOB with strong pre contract and technical ability and experience of different procurement routes.
