A leading UK consultancy with a reputation for technical excellence is looking to recruit an experience environmental consultant for its office in Oxford.
Qualifications - Ideally qualified up to an MSc level in a relevant environmental engineering discipline. Working towards Chartered status with a relevant institution.
Experience - Proven history of preparing bids, attending project interviews and planning resources within a consultancy setting. Experience of managing multidisciplinary projects.
Company - Specialist Environmental and Engineering Consultancy
Staff - 8 UK offices
Duties:
- Project management
- Financial control of projects
- Client liaison
- Assisting with the support and development of staff
- Attending project management, design team meetings and client meetings.
- Providing advise with regards to options, solutions and the design of environmental solutions.
- Preparing bids and designing survey work
- Supporting the Section Manager
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, to the standard expected and within budget
- Co-ordinating and managing site surveys
Typical Projects:
Providing direct assistance to the Technical Director on a range of multidisciplinary projects for public and private sector clients across the south of the UK
