Our client is a market leader who provides fixed cost compliance solutions on Employment law, Personnel and Health and Safety regulations to over 3000 businesses across the UK. They are looking for 2 employment law/HR specialists to join their rapidly expanding team.They require professional and confident individuals to provide advice and support to clients from various industries.The candidate must have a strong background in HR and/or legal, CIPD accreditation / LLB and have excellent employment law knowledge and have the ability to accurately identify and understand client’s requirements.They are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and the credibility to continue the development of successful working partnerships.The successful candidate will be a team player who is enthusiastic, commercially aware and has an understanding of the terms and conditions of the Employment Advice Guarantee.
