My client has been providing services to the construction companies and environmental industries since 1985 building up a strong client base of architects, government organisations, local authorities, construction companies and builders. The company strategy is to establish and maintain long term partnerships with clients. They believe the way to maintain a quality of service to clients by having regional offices which are managed by experienced practitioners and staffed by experienced and qualified engineers and geologists.
Duties:
-Undertaking site investigations and walkovers
-Borehole drilling and sampling
-Trail pitting
-Producing factual reports, progressing to interpretative site reports
-Logging soil and lab samples in accordance with BS5930
-Scheduling samples for laboratory testing
Typical projects
My client carries out testing of rock and soil samples, investigation of contaminated land, hazardous sites, rotary core drilling and trial pitting along with desk studies.
