Leading futures broker requires a Junior Accounts Payable/IT Clerk to support its’ IT infrastructure on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). Reporting to the Commercial Manager/Accounts team you will act as an interface between Accounts Payable and Commercial Management. You will manage the end to end receipt and payment cycle which will involve receiving invoices, logging, matching purchase orders, entering data onto all required systems, vendor liaison for accounts receivable and dealing with enquiries and non-payments. In addition you will perform ad hoc duties as required by the Commercial Manager or Accounts Management.
A bright and focused individual you will possess knowledge of SUN Accounts Version 426 along with experience in providing a vendor-facing accounts payable service, ideally within financial services. Interfacing with Accounts Payable, Commercial and IT Management, Vendors and the business you must have strong interpersonal skills.
