Welbeck have a structured training program designed for rewarding those with determination, ambition and the high achievers.The candidate will be entering at trainee level with the opportunity to fast track to Associate, Consultant, Senior Consultant through to Partner level.

Welbeck offer a complete training package and the opportunity to gain industry recognized qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute including Certificate in Financial Planning and Certificate in Mortgage Advice.

The main pre-requisites to be considered for the role are predominantly personal skills.We are looking for individuals who are diligent, ambitious, strong with an entrepreneurial spirit and creative intelligence.An understanding of the market and knowledge of the products is desirable.
