Senior Town Planner - Norwich, Norfolk
£35000-£50000 + Full Bens
The Company:
Recognized as one of the longest serving multi-disciplinaries in the world our client is currently looking to grow the size of the Town Planning team in their Norwich office. Covering all sectors of the planning market from this office a lot of work is based around Heritage, Conservation, Waste and Minerals and Renewable Energy but all sector knowledge is considered. To add to this team a Senior Town Planner or Officer is required with 6 years commercial experience from either the Public or Private sector.
The Duties:
The role will be to work on specific projects covering the South East and Norfolk region and manage them from inception through to completion. You will be set constant challenges and get involved in work such as Master Planning, LDF as well as liasing with other sectors of the company. Specific market training will be offered and you will also be given the opportunity to work as a mentor offering advice and making sure that all work is in line with RTPI legislation.
The Experience:
Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 6 years commercial experience and have a proven track record in running projects and dealing with various planning issues. You will have achieved or be working towards your RTPI membership and ideally hold a degree and masters that is RTPI recognized. If you hold a full driving license this would be beneficial
