Store Manager - Magherafelt We are currently looking to recruit a Store Manager who is able to create, lead and drive great teams.The ideal applicant will have previous retail and supervisory experience.Your key areas of responsibility will include the ability to provide a high level of customer service, to ensure that the store delivers a simple yet great shopping experience for all of our customers and that all members of the team consistently deliver high levels of customer service. You will also be responsible for the store’s merchandising and promotions adhering to the relevant guidelines and timescales. You will also be able to recruit and manage your Store Team by demonstrating great leadership and teamwork skills, whilst ensuring all members of the team reach their full potential through actively promoting their development.
