MFI DEPUTY MANAGER - New Malden

Salary up to £24k + bonus + excellent benefits

As a ‘hands on’ Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager supporting a considerable store turnover operating across an average of 20,000 sq ft. You will have a strong desire to be the best and inspire to a culture that is open, honest, fun and passionate about retail.

It is essential that you have the ability to engage, coach and develop your team in order to create team behaviours that will deliver customer service excellence.You will have a strong appreciation of using performance management as a positive tool and be accustomed to being measured on various key performance indicators.

As our stores offer high levels of customer service from advising on product, carrying out home consultations and installing our products, it is advantageous for candidates to have linked product experience.
